This is a hands-on managerial role, covering all day to day operations; customer relations, financial administration, people management and local marketing. You will need to bring leadership skills and commercial awareness to manage the business as if it were your own.
You must be very customer focused, reliable, trustworthy, energetic and able to multi-task, be ambitious and able to work methodically without supervision.
In return for hard work and commitment, the successful candidates will receive salary 21500-23000 per annum,permanent contract, significant bonus opportunities in addition to salary, pension, plus real prospects for career progression.

To be successful the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
Minimum 2 years management experience in a retail/leisure oriented environment,preferably gambling backround but not a must.
Ability to control costs, achieve budgets and deliver a high quality service
Effective delivery of marketing and promotional activities
Demonstrate security and control of assets and cash
Possess team leadership and motivational skills
Show exceptional commitment to customer care and standards
Be flexible, enthusiastic, committed and professional and have excellent self-presentation
Possess good written and oral English language skills and can effectively communicate with customer groups
