The job offer is working for one of the world's leading manufacturers of soft contact lenses. The Company produces a full array of monthly, two-week and daily disposable contact lenses, all featuring advanced materials and optics.
Production Engineer
Specific Engineering activities, related to their field. Typically hands on for simple designs or activities related to solving specified technical problems or issues in their discipline.
Control Engineer
To assist in the development, production and documentation of control systems within a highly automated manufacturing environment.
Experienta in producerea materialelor medicale/farmaceutice.
Expert knowledge of PLC, Scada Programming packages including RSLogix, Contrologix, RSView/FT View, DeviceNet, ControlNet and CoDeSys
Understanding of software packages used within the contact lens manufacturing process, particularly SQL, VBA, VB6, VB. Net, & C #.
Ability to keep abreast of new developments within the controls industry.
Good understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems, medical device/pharmaceutical, FDA, GAMP, ISO and International regulatory requirements.
Highly computer literate.
Two years contact lens or process knowledge in QA and / or manufacturing
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodology
Salarii intre 35.000-40.000 GBP pe an.
