RESPONSABILITATI

Supervision of the Front Desk to ensure a quality reception service and the maintenance of standards throughout your shift
Liaise and maintain good communication with clients
Maintaining Hotel standards and ensuring that they are adhered to at all times
Dealing with customer complaints;
Ensuring hotel targets are met for the department;
Excellent motivation, sales ability, organisational skills and client relation skills are required for this outstanding opportunity;
All applicants must have relevant supervisory experience in a front desk / reception background in a hotel


CERINTE

Experienced Hotel Receptionist to work and make a career within UK Hotels.
Requests:
- Excellent command of English. Other international language will be a plus but not mandatory;
-A thorough understanding of reception and cashiering duties
- Strong communication skills, customer focused, calm and able to work under pressure
- Good administration, organisation and computer skills
- Lots of enthusiasm and energy


BENEFICII OFERITE

Offer (benefits, bonuses):
-Working hours: minimum 45 hours/ week
-Salary : 15.000-16.000 / year ( depending on experience)
-All meals provided
-Accommodation: provided by the employer ( £154 per month own room+ £50 deposit)
