BRAINS CONSULTING is one of the largest recruiting medical staff agency in the Romania holding contracts with UK partners for NHS trusts and private hospitals or care homes.
We are now looking to recruit experienced nurses from Romania for the NHS hospitals in UK.
We are ideally looking for general nurses with their NMC PIN, however we can also take nurses (qualified in Romania) who have applied for their NMC PIN.
GENERAL OFFER:
Your will be contracted to 37.5 hours per week
Your salary will be between £ 21,909 to £ 28,462 for all registered nurses, dependent on demonstrated experience by the candidate
Loyalty bonus of 2 years
27 days of yearly leave and 8 holidays;
In the event a candidate has not completed his/her registration with the NMC at the time of commencement of employment, he will be invited to begin working as a healthcare assistant until the registration is complete;

• Degree in Nursing;
• Registration with the NMC initiated or completed;

• Experienced or newly qualified nurses
We have 3 (three) NHS Hospitals in excellent area:
1. NHS Trust near Coventry and Rugby
First NHS Trust is one of the largest acute teaching hospitals in the UK, in Coventry and Rugby. They offer major advances in patient care, clinical teaching and innovation with the best maternity services in the NHS!
Package on offer is:
• First month’s rent for accommodation – up to £1,200
• Financial support with Accommodation (also available for UK based candidates)

• Transport from UK airport to the hospital paid for, up to £40
• Reimbursement for the NMC first years fee - £230 Max

• As a University Hospital, they are open to letting Nurses develop experience in specialities they have no prior experience in (apart from ED). To help them develop their careers.
• Successful applicants have already been placed in; Theatre Recovery, Theatre Scrub, Cath Lab, Cardiology, Surgery, Neurosurgical, Renal Dialysis, Critical Care, Gastro. This gives you an idea of the potential.
• One of only a few trusts who are willing to recognise overseas experience, paying them accordingly in line with the NHS Band 5 scale.
2. NHS Trust near London
The second NHS Trust is a large NHS hospital which provides emergency, Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU), trauma and orthopaedic surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, paediatric, coronary care and maternity services, amongst others!
Package on offer is:
o £2k living allowance (used for Trust accommodation but not exclusive) to be paid on appointment
o £1k Training and Development Package for candidates to use toward further courses to ehnance their skills and develop their career (Used to cover induction costs and or OSCE if new to the UK)
o Welcome Pack worth up to £130 (basic groceries, sim card etc)
The above benefits will be subject to the following buy-back clause if the employee leaves the job within 18 months:
o 0-12months 100%
o 12-18 months 50%
o 18 months + 0%

The third NHS trust is located in Harlow, near London, and is a 489 bedded District General Hospital providing a comprehensive range of safe and reliable acute and specialist services to a local population of 258,000 people.
Excellent location just 30 miles or 30 minutes by train to central London!
Package on offer is:
• Salary band 5 with PIN number,
• Salary band 4, point 11 while waiting for NMC.
• Accommodation provided for 4 weeks free of charge, onsite or nearby.
