- coordination of the Service team allocated to a territory is the main responsibility,
- active participation on interventions,
- training the service team for that area,
- monitoring their activity and performance, verify the quality of the job performed,
- active participation before and during trade fairs in Romania.
- make sure that the yard is properly flagged, machines exhibited are properly arranged, clean and in workable condition; machines with engines to be locked during day/night;
- secure and verify that all guidelines set by the company are implemented and followed, this includes but is not limited to:
- proper documentation of activities
(service/maintenance report, car log, etc.)
- following safety at work, health and environmental standards applicable
- active participation in waste recovery according to the legal requirements and guidelines set by the company.
Considering a territorial responsibility on service in close cooperation with the Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager, the Team Leader service is further motivated, to actively participate in the budgeting process for the needs of the team he is responsible for (budgeting of cars, notebooks, service tools, working clothes etc.).
- Min. 5 years experience in agricultural equipment repairs and maintenance
