- Coordinating 3 Shops: Electrical, Mechanical and Tool Shop
- Planning the maintenance for the machines
- Assuring that the machines are at the level demanded by the productivity asked
- Assuring on time delivery of spare parts, needed for maintenance
- Making sure of the machine improvement for the growth of productivity and of quality
- Taking care of the idle times on the machines
- Managing investment programs by collaborating with third parties to accomplish this
- University degree -technical
- Experience in similar position at least 4 years
- Knowledge about procedures used in planning maintenance
- PC applications (ERP)
- English language is a must
- leadership experience and excellent organizational skills
- hands-on management style
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
