Our client is world leader in the market of fashion, automotive, aeronautical, marine, furniture. The company has developed the broadest offering on the market, with specific solutions to answer the strategic challenges of its customers in each sector and each business.

The company offers software solutions to design, develop and manufacture products such as garments, seats, airbags, etc., coupled with a broad array of CAD/CAM equipment, including automated spreaders and cutting systems for fabric, leather, and industrial fabrics ¿all for both small series and mass production. Combining excellent knowledge of its customers¿ businesses with expertise in the management of their processes, the company adds a new dimension to its technology offering with its PLM enterprise software for fashion and retailing.


Responsabilities

The primary function of this position is to manage sales activities (improving key account penetration) associated with the company¿s products and services portofolio along with establishing a sales plan for their region in compliance with Group requirements, leading to the growth of the company and the maintenance of its market leading position.
This position will be responsible for the development of an installed client base.

¿ Develop business relationships between customers and company in order to ensure a profitable long-term presence within the customer¿s organization

¿ Develop sales and profitability according to the strategy, with a particular focus on larger accounts including mainly software and implementation services

¿ Achive or exceed the budgeted margin, turnover and volumes objectives by applying the sales strategy.

¿ Direct sales of the entire line products of the company, ranging from software, hardware, professional services and service contracts for apparel and textile markets.

¿ Develop aggressively the busiess through increasing market share, creating new accounts and carrying out segment penetration. Strenghten the existing business.

¿ Maxmize the market penetration, the services and image of the company by ensuring a high standard of services.

¿ Travel 50%. Domestic travel will be required.


CERINTE

Requirments
¿ Technical, administrative or managerial education.
¿ High level of sales and presentation skills
¿ 3 years of relevant experience (solid background in sales of complex technological solutions and ideally experience in the textile industry)
¿ Proven success with account management and ability to develop new business within existing and new accounts
¿ Must be fully PC Windows, Microsoft Office) literate
¿ Siebel or sales force automation tool
¿ Account plan writing
¿ Aggresive, rigorous, motivated and willing to evolve personally and professionaly within an international group.
¿ Knowledge of the office suite of software and be able to write an account strategic plan when required
¿ Excelent written and spoken English.
