RESPONSABILITATI

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The technical scope is the following:
• Participant in the administration of IS Servers, and managed Applications (email, File transfer, Internet/Intranet facilities), and support services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Backup mechanism and archiving …)
• Responsible for the administration of the virtualization infrastructures, the FAS integration, the SAN architecture.

TASKS:
• Services monitoring;
Upon an incident detection, or end-user TT (Incident or Service request) received from User Support Group, solve the incident:
- Handle appropriate remote servers / any IT devices configuration;
- And/or Trigger FT for a corrective maintenance intervention on-site;
- And/or Escalate to OSQ Level 3 support in case of problem or complex incident;
• For a end-user TT, check with end-user the TT issue is fixed, and set the TT to fixed state;
• Weekly report (significant facts) towards team leader;
• Carry-out problems investigation with OSQ support;
• Apply to the network the Software Changes, upon Team leader’s request.


CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years experience in IT Administration :
• generic servers and workstations administration (Linux, Windows): Level 2-3 (high skilled expert);
• IS applications administration (email, File transfer, Web facilities, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, …): Level 2-3 (high skilled expert);
- Specific knowledge and experience in virtualization technologies;
- Specific knowledge and experience in storage technologies;
- Advanced English level;
- Good communication skills;
- Flexibility and dynamism.
