We are an au pair placement agency whose mission is to provide the best service. We like to get to know our customers and their requirements, to help make sure that any candidates we send are suitable.

PHOENIX AU PAIRS is a Scottish agency actively involved in placing au pairs in all parts of the United Kingdom, in both cities and rural destinations, with more than 5 years of experience in recruitment.

What to expect from us?
- Friendly Romanian staff who will support you throughout the placement process and your stay in the UK – Andreea and Amy
- Support with the placement process(application, interviews with families etc.)
- A Welcome Au Pair Pack when you arrive with the family. This includes useful information about being an au pair, our emergency contact numers and also a UK SIM card for your phone.
- Support throughout your placement with the family. We are contactable 7 days a week by phone, email or Facebook. Whenever you need information or an advice, we are here to help
