Founded in 1981 by the brothers Onur and İhsan Çetinceviz with the establishment of Çetin İşletmeleri Collective Company, the foundations of ONUR Group were laid. The Group accelerated its growth in 1991 with the incorporation of its second company, Onur Taahhüt Taşımacılık ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., and soon became one of Turkey’s leading construction firms. In the early 2000s, the Group emerged as one of Turkey’s foremost contractors and expanded into international markets. Leveraging the experience gained in highway, infrastructure, and superstructure projects, as well as the strength of its extensive machinery fleet, the Group undertook projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Today, ONUR Group operates with 62 companies in 14 sectors, diversifying its success in construction and engineering into agriculture, energy, mining, manufacturing, logistics, and tourism. Remaining committed to its principle of completing projects on time and with high quality, the Group has constructed more than 9,500 kilometers of roads and rail systems, carried out operations in 13 countries, and reinforced its reliability by ranking 82nd on the list of the world’s largest 250 international contractors.
