Executive search Antal International was established in 1993 by CEO & Chairman Tony Goodwin. Today it has over three hundred employees, with a fully integrated network of 40 offices in 20 countries.
Over the years Antal International has been recognised for its innovation, integrity and understanding of clients’ needs, leading to exceptional delivery rates.
We have developed unique methodologies and structures that allow us to provide high quality middle and senior level recruitment, what we call the ‘Rising Stars’, in our core sectors of specialisation which are Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing and TMT.
In 2000/01 we topped The Sunday Times UK Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 league table for all companies that have been in the rankings for 3 years or more, demonstrating staying power and long term credibility. Antal International was also listed in the ‘BT Vision 100’ for exceptional vision.
