Our company is looking for a Lacquering Department Manager for our customer in Salaj, an import wood structure manufacturer.
The ideal candidate should be responsible of the following:
- monitoring and organization of the lacquering department for wood manufactured elements;
- planning of the department in all aspects (materials, manpower, machinery, etc.);
- correct recording of production data;
- checking of quality standards of the final product according to existing rules;
- coordination of staff on the workfloor;
- analysis and follow-up of returns, KPI management, etc.
- experience as a production manager of at least 2-3 years;
- previous knowledge of the wood sector is a must and of lacquering is a plus;
- technical studies (preferably with knowledge of CNC machine sector);
- English and/or French at a conversational level;
- willingness to travel abroad for further training
