Ensure proper and accurate booking of invoices for services and goods other than merchendise; ensure the compliance with the RAS standards and Group procedures;
Check cost invoices against existing contracts to ensure proper payments to suppliers and legal requirements;
Check all the mandatory elements mentioned on invoices to be in compliance with the law in force;
Review the month-end adjustments and the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts;
Regularly balance confirmation with the cost suppliers;
Ensure the correct and in-time delivery of the accounting reports.
Ensure proper and accurate booking of fixed assets transactions (aquisitions, disposals, transfers);
Calculate depreciation for fixed assets according with the RAS standards and Group procedures;
Reconcile the fixed assets register with the trial balance;
Support the yearly fixed assets counting and ensure a proper documentation;
Finance/Accounting graduate;
Minimum 3 years experience in accounting;
Very good knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting, fixed assets and inventory accounting;
Knowledge of Romanian tax legislation;
Exposure to accounting in a large multinational environment or in a consulting company;
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
ERP experience (SAP especially FI module);
Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel);
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

De la deschiderea primului magazin OBI in anul 1970 (Hamburg, Germania), dimensiunea magazinelor OBI a crescut de la 870 m? la cutiile portocalii cu mai mult de 10,000 m?. Dimensiunea totala a magazinelor se ridica acum la peste 3 milioane m?.
