RESPONSABILITATI

PROJECT: Provision of re-commissioning services in Dinh Vu polyester plant
Supervisor_Static’s role is to perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of an establishment in repair.
He needs to have a thorough knowledge of manufacturing in order to test whether the production plant functions correctly and according to the specifications of the customer.

EDUCATION: To be a competitive applicant for most commissioning engineer positions, an individual should possess at least a bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field such as construction or mechanical engineering.
SKILLS:
□ Equipment Selection -- Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
□ Quality Control Analysis -- Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.


ACCOUNABILITY: He will be accountable for the following duties:
 Train and manage commissioning personnel and subcontractors.
 Inspect, operate, or test static equipment to diagnose any malfunctions.
 Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
 Mechanical and chemical cleaning / conformity checking.
 Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
 Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that static equipment continues to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently or the physical condition of the equipment does not deteriorate.


 Verify the flushing and blowing of piping and equipment’s log book.
 Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogs, as necessary.
 Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools.
 Plan and lay out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
 Order parts, supplies, and equipment from catalogs and suppliers, or obtain them from storerooms.
 Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges.
 Refractory dry out / completion of internals assembly of the equipment and Box-up of equipment after inspection.
 Tightness test execution.
 Perform routine maintenance on boilers, such as replacing burners or hoses, installing replacement parts, or reinforcing structural weaknesses to ensure optimal boiler efficiency.
 Position, attach or blow insulating materials to prevent energy losses from buildings, pipelines or other static equipment.

In septembrie 2006, PETROCONSULT a primit contractul de a construi, impreuna cu TECHNIP-Franta (Contractorul General EPC), prima rafinarie de petrol din Vietnam (6.5 MTA), la Dung Quat, Vietnamul Central.
PETROCONSULT furnizeaza si Servicii de Training pentru operare si mentenanta pentru aceasta rafinarie, lucrarile fiind in curs.
Compania a participat si participa la proiecte in domeniul industriei de petrol si gaze, in strainatate, in peste 25 de tari.
