Transferul convorbirilor telefonice;
Receptionarea si transmiterea fax – urilor si a corespondentei;
Intampinarea vizitatorilor si directionarea acestora catre persoanelor vizate;
Inregistrarea in registrele de intrari/ iesiri a documentelor;
Evidenta si analiza facturilor emise de catre furnizorii de paza/ catering/echipamente de lucru si protectie/ transport de protocol/ servicii medicale.
Pentru unul dintre clientii nostri, companie multinationala care activeaza in domeniul productiei si distributiei de bauturi racoritoare, cautam Receptionista.
Absolvent studii superioare;
Experienta pe o pozitie similara reprezinta un avantaj;
Abilitati de operare PC ( Word, Excel);
Cunoasterea lb. engleze – nivel mediu;
Abilitati de organizare si planificare.
