- Log all maintenance activities for each operational area by day
- Assess severity of equipment breakdowns as they happen in each operational area. Assist in repair (start until finish) in severe cases
- Budget yearly expenses for spare parts for equipment. Order parts in coordination with Plant Supervisor on monthly schedule
- Ensure fuels, lubricants, shop supplies, and operational area supplies are accounted for, ordered, and delivered timely for operations
- Responsible for parts and tool security for all of plant operations
- Develop preventative maintenance calendars for all plant operations and field equipment
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent required
- 2-5 Years of Relevant Work Experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Seed, Commercial Agriculture, or Food Industry related experience preferred
- Ability to speak, read and understand English
- French language would be helpful
