This is a technical engineering position for a prospected greenfield production facility which will be located in Urlati (65 km north of Bucharest)
The candidate will lead the Utility scope definition/installation/start up for this new production plant.
The responsibilities are
1. to create design requirement for Utility system co-working with Site/Global/Outside vendor,
2. to support procurement, installation and start up for these Utility systems,
3. to create design basis or functional requirement for new building or existing building expansion as civil engineer,
4. to ensure that the project is in compliance with the P&G standards and appropriate local regulations at all times,
5. to set up the organization and systems to manage Utility modules post Start-up
- Fluent English
- MS office (word, excel, access)
- High Self organization/ priority setting
- Reliability, Accuracy
- Collaboration-Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multifunctional teams.
- Candidate should have experience working with internal and external teams to create options to resolve the issues.
