RESPONSABILITATI

This is an entry-level management position for a prospected greenfield production facility which will be located in Urlati (65 km north of Bucharest).

Profit forecasting for the plant's legal entities , actual and forecast reports analysis for cost accounting purposes.

Lead the loss elimination process in the plant

Compliance with the internal control needs and improvement of the cost accounting processes in place

Financial analysis on the savings/outsourcing projects

Involvement in the integrated work system of the plant and financial leadership for the business teams

Setting the standard costs and selling prices for the cost components of the plant's products.


CERINTE

University degree

Medium cost accounting knowledge (experience in manufacturing costing environment and ERP system is a plus)

Strong leadership skills

Analytical thinking

Ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams

Fluency in English

Good accounting knowledge of both Romanian and USGAAP would be an advantage.
