This is a temporary (1.5 years) engineering position for a prospected greenfield production facility which will be located in Urlati (65 km north of Bucharest).
Main areas of responsibility: capital investment, cost control and reporting, equipment procurement, technical documentation
- Provides timely cost information from commitment - spending database,
- Prepares monthly spending status report
- Updates spending prediction and inputs the capital forecast
- Prepares and aligns project sourcing plans
- Ensures timely ordering, delivery and reception of equipment
- Links project group with capital purchasing team
- Organizes and administers project documentation for easy access.
- Keeps capital management procedures up-to-date and in line with legal requirements and regional guidelines
- Works both with the Cost Engineer Manager & Finance Manager in order to follow up the account of expenses
- Does trading & tracking reports, including provisions, and capitalization
- Keeps the record of invoices
- Fluent English
- MS office (word, excel, access)
