My client:
My client is an international client that operates in more than 170 countries around the world. They apply new thinking and ideas to create more simple, valuable and trusted experiences with technology, continuously improving the way our customers live and work. No other company offers as complete a technology product portfolio as my client.
Daily duties:
To resolve remote users IT problems by using the relevant tools and systems.
To manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers on call status
To invoke Escalation Procedures within defined time frames.
To escalate tickets to escalation team for validation and further escalation.
To ensure Quality standards are adhered.
To accomplish other duties as required.
To provide support to multiple desks.


CERINTE

Requirements:
Fluent in German and English.
Experience working within customers
Interest in IT
Ability to identify problems.
Knowledge of standard computer applications
