Manages the Welding Engineers and Welding Inspection teams, organizes the team work
Prepares the site and its welding processes for customer audits
Performs internal welding audits
Actively participates in the welding technology preparation
Manages welding process / technology developments projects including robot welding (MAG)
Solid knowledge of welding processes,
Welding technologies is required;
Strong knowledge in railway industrial standards is an advantage;
Lean Manufacturing knowledge / experience is an advantage
Fluent Hungarian, Intermediate English are required,
German and/or French are advantages
Salary negotiable depending on experience
