RESPONSABILITATI

As a Service Desk Agent you will:
• Provide technical support over the telephone and via e-mail to the clients
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct technical faults.
• Be responsible to either solve the calls yourself, or assign and follow up calls until client functionality has been restored.
• Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues.

Or as a Customer Service Representative you will:
• Answer incoming customer and cross functional contacts
• Initiate outbound contacts with the customers to respond to any enquiries
• Responsible for customer data entry and data maintenance (e.g. customer knowledge base, pricing records and customer master file)
• Creation of customer documents and notification (order confirmation, invoices and statements etc
• Resolve all customers complaints to the customer satisfaction and to proactively seek to identify root cause and prevent reoccurrence


CERINTE

We are seeking applicants who are:
• Fluent in English
• Native or close to native fluency in one of the european languages (e.g. French or Italian or Spanish or one of the Scandinavian etc)
• Customer focused, self motivated and have excellent communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 2003.
