Job location: Budapest
Responsibilities:

• Managing the Service Assurance proccess monitoring tools of the Company
• Plan, develop and implement monitoring capability for platforms and services managed by Systems department
• Provide project management for cross departmental projects within Systems department
• Set up, run, optimize and improve the Application Operation Center
• Ensures good team spirit, excellent co-operation is kept within the team
• Coaching team members and managers in a professional manner
• Measure continuously the quality and performance of the managed platforms and services and also of the work of the department
• Applying the right corrective measures


CERINTE

Required skills:

• Experience in telecommunication

• Highly motivated autonomous individual with a strategic insight on business needs

• Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
• Strong desire to satisfy internal customer needs in high quality
• Customer orientation
• University degree in IT
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English & Hungarian languages
