3+ years of experience in software development
1-2 years in system Architecture and Design
Proficiency in Java (EJB, JSP), Web Services
Proven experience in commercial web applications development
Knowledge of a J2EE based Application Server (Bea WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, etc.)
Knowledge and production experience working with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle or Sybase)
Good, organizational, and written/verbal English communications skills
Experience interfacing with the customer
Ability to provide leadership
Considered as plus:
Knowledge of standard reporting systems
Familiarity with Rational Unified Process
Experience working with distributed (onshore-offshore) teams.
