Responsibilities:
- Technical assistance / first level end user support in a multinational environment
- Accurately determine the problem or request
- Trouble-shooting, remote support, trouble ticket escalation, monitoring and follow-up of problems
Requirements:
Language skills:
- Fluent English is a must
- Native speaker / advanced level of Romanian
Technical skills:
- General knowledge of hardware/software concepts is a must
- Qualification in the field of IT and / or experience in supporting users in corporate environment is an advantage
Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills, adaptability
- Customer service orientation
Ability to travel to Budapest for a personal interview and relocate on the Candidate's expenses is expected. Please note that you are to work flexible hours (night and weekend shifts) in the Budapest center in a 7/24 support position (besides basic salary + benefits there is extra fee payed after the shifts).
