- CBE will take full responsibility for establishing long-term client relationships
- Fully understanding the clients¿ business, challenges that may exist, culture, and environment (market trends, future technology, competition, partners, etc) and acting as a long-term partner.
- Get acquainted, understand the day-to-day business needs of the client, and work on a proactive basis with them.
- Drive and integrate all activities within the clients¿ accounts.
- Identifying potential third-party business partners and building those relationships.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of the clients¿ organization, up to the CEO.
- Built and manage P&L for the accounts.
- Lead on-going sales efforts, from identifying/creating opportunities to delivery.
- The successful candidate will understand, have a proven track record in, and possess a stellar reputation within the telecommunications industry.
- Extensive experience developing and maintaining relationships with telecommunications companies.
- Definitive track record of being customer-centric.
- Experience managing account preferably for large complex systems and integration projects.
- Work well within a heavily matrixed corporate environment.
- Possess a diplomatic nature.
- Hit the ground running with the will and confidence to succeed.
- A polished and highly professional executive presence.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
