1. Lead all maintenance and repairs activities of production lines/units, mobile equipment, main utilities connections and internal distribution networks and non-production equipment to ensure continuous operation of technological and non technological facilities, high productivity and maximum quality while adhering to safety regulations, working conditions and sustained costs reductions.
2. It is responsible for all Professional Maintenance activities planning, preparation, coordination and reporting and also the mentor of Autonomous Maintenance activities.
3. It is responsible to ensure full compliance of maintenance activities and equipment operation with safety policy and safety standards of our company.
4. It is the pillar leader for TPM activities.
5. Prepares short-term and also long-term preventive maintenance and reparation plans with regard to technical problems and requirements and production schedules.
6. Is responsible to coordinate and supervise the activities of the people of maintenance teams from our on deparments or from different contractors and also the production operators during Autonomous Maintenance activities.
4. Is responsible for mechanical/electrical maintenance of non-production equipment.
5. Coordinates the implementation of maintenance dedicated software in all plants.
6. Co-operates with managers to meet maintenance plan and realization of reparations. Ensures that machines and equipment work at full use and comply with safety and qualitative requirements and that the production is continuous and minimally interrupted by breakdowns.
7. Prepares proposals of maintenance projects and realizes of approved projects.
8. Supervise implementation, security, effectiveness and quality of approved projects. Ensures that environmental care regulations are adhered to.
9. Orders technical maintenance parts, tools and materials, co-operates with purchasing and supply managers.
10. Supervises maintenance costs, especially parts, hours per employees (manpower hours) and prepare reports.
11. Ensures that subordinates and technically trained, equipped with necessary tools and working equipment and well motivated.
1. University degree, mechanical or electronically background.
2. Maintenance experience.
3. Advanced English.

6. Very good technical knowledge.
