•Receive, record and codify financial-accountant documents according to company procedures;
•Register account-financial documents using dedicated accounting software according to specific legislation and regulations;
•Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes;
•Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records;
•Elaborate justificatory documents (sales invoices, costs deductions, other documents specific to cash operations);
•Acquire statements of account from the bank;
•Follow expiration payments from clients and suppliers;
•Maintain the relationship with the accountant company which verifies all the financial-accountant operations and manages the personnel remuneration;
•Wright reports and other required analyses;
•Comply with, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
•University degree in Economics;
•English – good proficiency;
•Germany – good proficiency (advantage);
•Accountability knowledge;
•Need and passion for development in account-finance domain;
• Residence: Turda or Campia Turzii area.
