Job expirat
The person will be responsible for HR activities for the company plants:
- Recruitment & selection activities;
- Training programs;
- External reports on HR issues;
- Job analysis;
- Relation with Trade Unions;
- Other specific HR activities.
1. University Degree - preferable in psychology.
2. Relevant courses in Human Resources field.
3. At least 3 years experience in a HR Department on a similar position (at least a middle management position).
4. Experience in HR activities in a plant is an advantage.
5. Excellent knowledge of labor legislation.
6. Very good knowledge of English, French is an advantage.
7. Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
