-Strong Knowledge of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of Offshore Platforms.
-Strong knowledge of Work Package.
-Strong Knowledge of Test Package.
-Strong knowledge of Preparation for Commissioning & Start up.
-Inspection on Documents and Contractors.
