- Reflect daily activities within IT change management system
- Maintains password security, data integrity and file systems security for the desktop and servers environment.
- Communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
- Recommends hardware and software solutions
- Participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects

10 - Experience and general knowledge of PC architecture (hardware and software)
