- Installs, configures, and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations and servers in heterogeneous environment.
- Reflect daily activities within IT change management system
- Maintains password security, data integrity and file systems security for the desktop and servers environment.
- Communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
- Recommends hardware and software solutions
- Participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects
- Not necessarily: Conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications.

BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience and training;
Knowledge of utilities and program scripts and applications;
Experience and general knowledge of PC architecture (hardware and software);
Advanced knowledge of Windows 2000, and XP
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
Able to read, comprehend, and interpret complex instructions;
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence;
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action;
