What will your mission be?
You will be in contact with different Alcatel-Lucent teams involved in WiMAX activities: Specification and Integration teams of R&D, Product Line Management and Marketing Departments, Network Design Department, Wireless Business Group RSCs (customer programs) and the Services Business Group (technical services delivery). You will also have regular contacts with fix/mobile operators, especially in the context of field trials, offer presentations and trainings.
Are you interested in:
- WIMAX QoS (Quality of Service) and Radio Optimization
-QoS indicators for the Alcatel-Lucent WiMAX products
-QoS follow-up methods and tools
-QoS commitments
-CPE radio performance and basic end to end tests (CPE from different vendors compatibility with Alcatel-Lucent WiMAX system)
-Field trial support
-Involvement in the first WIMAX 16e pilot networks with Alcatel-Lucent and customer teams
-Implementation of solutions for radio and QoS measurements
-Field experience gathering and feedback
-Co-ordination with radio engineering teams abroad
-Analysis and synthesis to the Marketing and the Product departments
-Technical know-how transfer towards Alcatel-Lucent and customer radio network engineers
-Tendering support
-Develop and Perform expert training for internal/external customers
-Perform workshops with potential customers
-Use your competence to support projects
-Back office by daily email support
-On-site in case of emergency

-Advanced knowledge in Mobile Communications technologies
-English – fluent in speaking and writing
-Project management skills
-Ability to present a topic in front of customers
-Wish to work in an international team with contacts to many countries around the world
