What will your mission be?
You will be developing expertise on Antenna System Planning and Inter-System Interference, studying the impact of new features introduction on Antenna System Planning and Inter-System Interference, qualifying new antennas based on data sheet, pattern and Radio Network Planning tool simulations, validating new antenna software releases & features (AAS, MIMO, etc), supporting projects in specifying & selecting the proper filters in cooperation with the Product Manager, investigating (analysis/simulations) required isolation between WIMAX & other radio systems and propose countermeasures against potential interference, maintaining Antenna System Planning & Inter-System Interference Guidelines, developing and performing expert training for internal/external customers, performing workshops with potential customers, using your competence to support projects, doing backing office by daily email support, doing on-site in case of emergency.
Are you meeting the following requirements?
Advanced knowledge in Mobile Communications technologies
Advanced knowledge about radio propagation and interference, antenna radiation systems
English – fluent in speaking and writing
Project management skills
Ability to present a topic in front of customers
Desire to work in an international team with contacts to many countries around the world
Ability to give commitments and take responsibility
Innovative and flexible

Ability to document complex topics in an easy to understand way
