For our Timisoara office we are seeking talented Web Designers/Developers. The primary role is to take responsibility in design and development duties across a wide spectrum of creative & technical work. This implies applying knowledge of industry trends and developments in order to maintain and improve our service and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Development of full working Websites, Mail templates, Newsletters & Presentations
• Create prototypes for stakeholder's engagements, design, code, and test technical solutions, keeping in mind the need for compliance with W3C standards
• Identify system deficiencies and recommends solutions.
• Respond to requests promptly, stick to deadlines and close assignments on time, while keeping all involved parties updated on project status
• Previous experience in similar role.
• Programming background (html, xml, javascript & actionscript)
• Proficiency in effective development of CSS stylesheets.
• Extensive Knowledge of Macromedia & Adobe development applications (Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Photoshop, Acrobat...).
• Basic knowledge of classes, components, objects, and interfaces.
• Basic concepts of web security, awareness of the fundamental differences between the various platforms and internet browsers.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English, good organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
