Main responsibilities are related to :
Production process architecture :
- design and implementation
- evaluation and development
- respecting deadlines and budget
Client relationship management :
- understanding and achieving quality standards
- understanding product specifications
- estimating production timeframes, workforce and costs in order to meet client's needs
Production team support :
- communication with management, engineering and other teams in order to permanently improve production process

- Degree in technical field ( electrotechnics, mechanics or automation )
- Good knowledge of Quality Standards in Automotive
- Familiar with quality management tools ( PFMEA, 5 WHY, 8D, 7 STEP, etc. )
- General knowledge of mechanics and electronics
- Budget management skills
- General knowledge of statistics
- Target oriented
- Client oriented
- Good experience in feedback generation
- Team player
- Good knowledge of English
