- Identify potential candidates in concordance with job description;
- Arrange interview schedule, ensuring office diary is also updated;
- Interview candidates and provide positive/negative feedback where necessary;
- Maintain the relationships with clients;
- Completing reports of candidates and motivate them;
- Establish effective relationships with employees at all levels, agencies, consultants and media
- Competing internal reports and reporting projects status to manager;
- University degree
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources field
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office computer skills
- Communicative, being able to work in team, but also by him self, and of course with strong personality, able to adapt in any situations, flexible and, ready to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients.
