• Integration/Configuration management of network elements
• Management of operations planning
• Management of assets ("Backlog") production
• The rapid escalation and notification of incidents during operations
• To ensure that telecom services are delivered within contractual SLAs
• To provide a rapid return to customers in relation to common questions
• Preventive/corrective maintenance (regular tasks / incidents)
• Work 24/7 on call when required
• Creating, updating and following all the work orders
• Diploma related to telecommunications, electronics, computer science or equivalent relevant experience
• Desirable knowledge of one of the equipments (ex: 1354RM /1353NM) provided by Alcatel-Lucent and Fujitsu
• Spirit rigorous in the transactions, particularly in following technical instructions and reporting
• Willingness to work in business hours & non business hours exceptionally
• Reading/Writing & oral communication in French language above medium level & English medium/advanced
• Control of quality of communication during a crisis situation (stay focused on the objective information & communicate in real time)
• Ability to work in teams, learn and support of people, know their own limits on technical skills
• Critical thinking in order to suggest improvements for better conduct of the operation (time / quality, etc.)
• Understanding the general principles of networks and telecommunications principles.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new operation
