• Is project leader for implementing these skill development projects.
• Assists in developing project-specific competency profiles,
• advises a professional identification process,
• builds up competency specific learning paths combining off the job and on the job training
• Evaluates projects with respect to transfer quality and value creation.
• Copes with the whole process chain of strategic skill needs analysis, competency profiles, selection and potential analysis, training management and evaluation.
- university degree
• general knowledge of ISO 9001:2000, quality audit technique and principles of quality control and quality assurance
• foreign language(s) : French and English , 2 levels of competence (good and fluent)
general computer skills
