- Coordinates the training process within the company;
- Recruitment and selection of personnel within the company;
- Identifies the training needs;
- Maintains and updates the training and development plans;
- Elaborates and maintains the integration plan for the new employees;
- Searches and selects trainers or consulting companies;
- Administrates the company's performance appraisal system;
- University degree;
- At least 2 years of experience in training and recruitment in a multinational company;
- Good command of english;
- Strong computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
