RESPONSABILITATI

Tool Management for Die Casting/ Foaming
Technical interface to the ME Customer Team
Responsible for serial process and support for production in case of deviations
Create the list of requirements for new tools and define tooling standards
Involved in feasability studies for new products
Responsible for tool modifications & tracking of cost and time
Develop new suppliers for tools
Responsible for CIP, Lessons learned


CERINTE

Technical University degree
Minimum 3 years experience in tool manufacturing or automotive in a similar position
Advanced level of tooling skills,(Die casting, Foaming, Gauges & fixtures) background as toolmaker or tooldesigner is helpfull
Advanced level in tooling production technologies
Good level in CAD/CAM-process; Reading of technical drawings and 3D-imagenation
PC knowledge advance level
Good organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of Problem solving process (Methods, Tools)
Analytical approach
Advanced English mandatory German/French/Spanish/Italian is a plus
Good team player with proactive "can do" attitude.
