- BSc Computer Science or equivalent
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
- 3 years of experience as software engineer
- Familiar with following technologies:
- Application servers, JBoss (preferred)
- JSP
- Struts
- Hibernate or other object/relational mapping tools
- SQL, MaxDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server
- Java Message Service (JMS)
- Web Services
- Portal/Portlet concepts (JSR 168 Portlet Specification)
- JavaScript
- LINUX environment
- XML processing
Preferably also familiar with:

- VB
- .Net
