- Prepare/Agree with the other members of the team and customer a project schedule and guarantee the project realization within the agreed schedule;
- Design / develop mixed analog and digital circuits from a product specification, including PCB design;
- Design software elements for the new product;
- Prepare SW/HW design reports and documents;
- Sample build, design verification, agency/regulatory compliance;
- Evaluate SW/HW design and system performance in DVT /PVT stages;
- Component/supplier approval and cost reduction;
- Technical customer contact and communication;
- Carry out jobs and assignments as requested by Superiors.
- Technical university degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Computers&Automation;
- Test/Measurement Equipment knowledge;
- In-Circuit Test, High Voltage knowledge (FABmaster is a plus) development;
- Experience in electronic field / test / optimization;
- Experience of developing test solutions from Spec;
- Excellent Verbal / Write English to communicate with the customers, subcontractors and suppliers;
- Communication skills with different other groups and companies;
- Computer literate – excellent knowledge;
- System architecture and design;
- Printed Circuit Boards assembly processes knowledge;
- Functional Test/Final Test knowledge (LabView / TestStand is a plus)
- Experience in working with Microcontrollers (an advantage);
- Industrial experience of low/mid volume production;
- Radio Frequency, Analog, Digital and Mixed Signal Knowledge;
- Experience in programming using assembly languages as: C, C++, Visual C, Visual BASIC;
- Strong in failure analyses and problem solving;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership skills;
- Organizational / multi-tasking skills;
- Project coordination experience / ability to develop documentation;
- Presentation skills with accurate information presentation.
