Customer support:
- learning and understanding how our technology platform is used by our clients
- technical and user support for our customers and internal staff base ( via e-mail and telephone)
- ensuring that our Service Level Agreement commitment to clients is adhered to - reporting of updates and issues in a timely manner
Managing services for customers:
- using the system to help customers with their projects
- scripting the surveys they are looking to deploy
- help them to update their panels and launch their projects in the requested time lines
- deliver project data and custom reports if required
- provide training sessions and demonstrations of our system
- mandatory advanced level of English AND French
- excellent written/verbal communication skills: enjoys speaking daily with customers
- IT proficiency particularly in internet-driven applications, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- familiarity and understanding of web based software, familiarity with different browsers
- knowledge HTML or Market Research software is a plus
- Recent experience in client / customer services would be preferred
- working hours will mostly occur during North American Eastern time zone
