RESPONSABILITATI

Description of the activity:
- Providing support to the Second Level Maintenance staff (RTAC) in case of complex problems and products defects/non-conformance that require assistance to resolve.
- According to the outcome of the analysis the TEC will determine the causes of the problems and will request the Problem Reports.
- Recreating problems on their own technical platform and escalating to the appropriate Design Support group.
- Determining workaround for customer problems.
- Determining root cause of the problem as needed.
- Following the design progress up and the fix availability/planning.
- Organizing on-site troubleshooting through the RTAC if the problem cannot be recreated in the lab on the platform or investigated remotely
- Determining if a problem requires a bug fix or if a problem results in request for enhancements.
- Cooperation with the Quality Department upon planning of quality audits.
The TEC team gives its high level technical support to the other Post-sales department teams (mainly Network Engineering and First Off Applications). TEC will provide on-site support along with ACSC only in support of critical customer problems in which remote diagnosis cannot progress to resolution.
As TEC manager you shall be part of a multi-site team based in France and Romania and will perform the following activities:
- Define the resources needs & profiles and then build and manage the corresponding team .
- Define training for the Team.
- Plan the work schedule of system Experts.
- Set-up the Test Lab.
- Set-up the processes, working procedures and supporting Tools.
- Run the CTAC.
- Work in close cooperation with Regional Support centers and R&D centers all over the world.
- Preparation and follow-up RTAC training.
- Follow-up progress of critical issues from Customers and RTACs.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
-Technical University degree - Telecomunication
- Ability and motivation to manage and guide a team of technical experts performing the tests.
- Unix and IP technique knowledge, IP Networks experience.
- As a technical leader having knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting Networks (Mobile Radio GSM or UMTS, IP), can be an advantage.
- Experience in customer technical support.
- Details understanding of RAN architecture.
- A fluent English and good writing is mandatory.
- Characteristics as autonomy, team spirit, proactivity, good organization, open-mindness, initiative are highly appreciated.
