Role: Relate with the customers as primarly contact point for technical problems, define and coordinate technical approaches for the automotive complex problems (processes changes, customer returns, PPAP, FMEA, APQP etc.)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop/contribute to technology roadmaps for automotive group;
- Identify in-house areas requiring technology breack-through;
- Consult customer on project base, if is required;
- Provide training to Operations Engineers;
- Develop relations with subject group experts in other departments/regions.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics/ Production Technology or similar education;
- 3 years experience within an Electronics Manufacturing Environment;
- Strong knowledge in PCA manufacturing, repair, test processes and equipment;
- Excellent knowledge in FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan;
- Very good skills in problem solving and improvement methods;
- Excellent English communication and presentations skills;
- Proven analytical skills, dynamic, well organized, self-motivated and team worker;
- Good knowledge in supplier market for equipment and consumables;
- Good knowledge in complex international project management;
- MS Office knowledge;
- Base knowledge in cost models and calculations.
