RESPONSABILITATI

- Member of the software support team who communicates with the customers;
- Knowledgeable on supported software products;
- Maintain good communication channels with the customer and understand customer needs;
- Work with the engineering team to identify issues reported by customers;
- Address customer issues in a timely manner and maintain customer\'s satisfaction at a high level


CERINTE

- University Degree;
- Excellent spoken technical language skills in English and Italian.
- Operating System knowledge (Windows/AIX/Linux);
- Software install / configuration knowledge;
- Technical IT analysis skills;
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills;
- Good phone skills, positive customer-centric attitude;
