As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to answer to the customers in a professional manner with focus on both efficiency and quality.
Position department: Manufacturing Engineer
Subordinate to: ME Manager / Plant Manager
Main duties:
Act as a key point of contact for existing customers and new enquiries;
Work with engineering and quality department as required to research and resolve the technical issues;
Survey and report any problems that were brought to his attention by customers (warranty and returns);
Follow up with customers and other persons involved to ensure complete satisfaction;
Act independently to ensure a quality support environment and to obtain maximum customer based satisfaction;
Solve problems consistently and completely with minimum supervision;
Maintain regular contact with customers and sub-contractors in order to develop relationships to pursue existing and new business opportunities.
Technical University Degree;
Minimum 3 years experience in technical field: project management experience would be an advantage, automotive field is preferred;
Good communication abilities, stress resistance, able to respect established dead-lines;
Fluency in Russian Language is a must – both speaking and writing
Very good PC skills – MS Office, Internet, AutoCAD, etc.
Good problem solving and communication skills;
Professional, assertive, creative, energetic;
Team work, spirit of initiative, customer orientation, attention to details;
Flexibility to interact with different cultures;
Availability for travel frequently in Russia;
Driving licence;
