There are 3 opened positions for each of the following departments:
- Human Resources (full-time job);
- Purchasing (full-time job);
- Sales (part-time job and contract limited to 6 months).
Main tasks:
- Office support for each departmental functions;
- Ensures support in implementation of the new departmental projects;
- Set up and tracks the orders for office materials;
- Collaborates with other departments for solving daily problems;
- Deals other administrative tasks.
- Student or fresh graduate (Economical studies would be a plus);
- Willingness to acquire working experience;
- Computer skills (MS Office), knowledge about SAP system represent a significant plus;
- Very good German and English knowledge;
- Time management, team orientation, positive attitude, detailed oriented;
- Reliable and discreet person;
- Available for a full-time job or for a part-time job (4 hours/day).
