- In charge with tax statutory compliance of Alcatel Lucent Romania and its foreign Branches (implying direct and indirect taxation)
- In charge with the timely preparation and submission of tax fillings for Alcatel Lucent Romania
- Provides advice to the business for the tax structuring of transactions in South Eastern Europe
- Liaise with external tax consultants and Tax department of the Group/other affiliated companies for coverage of tax issues in South Eastern Europe
- Provides Transfer Pricing advice (including analysis, on-going support and management of the files)
- Contact with the Tax Authorities
- Reports directly to the local and regional management
- Economical University degree;
- Several year of experience in a similar position (Big 4 experience is a plus);
- ERP knowledge (ideally SAP) would be an advantage;
- Experience in cross border transactions will be a plus
- Fluent English required;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and to perform under pressure
- Ability to liaise with especially internal but also external partners and gain respect
- Analytical thinking abilities, strong organizational and communication skills
- Hands on (problem solver) attitude, combined with a strong business sense
